Barbara has been a resident since 1972 and a licensed Realtor since 1989. Married to a retired Army soldier, Barbara and her husband have traveled around the world and have built many life-long relationships.

Barbara is the mother of two grown children and the grandmother of three. Barbara understands the sacrifice that families endure during a military move and works very hard at understanding her clients’ needs.

Barbara is the Team Manager of “Your Home Connection” and shares her experience and knowledge with her team members and staff. She specializes in Residential Sales, New Construction and Custom Homes and works with both buyer or seller clients.

Barbara is the one to call when life changes and you’re “thinking” about moving. Barbara loves referrals so tell your friends and family about her.

Tim Terrier

New Construction Manager

Tim has been a licensed Broker for over 6 years now since retiring from the US Air Force.  Currently, Tim is our New Construction Manager.
 
Tim's family has called Fayetteville home since 1964 when his father was first stationed at Ft. Bragg.
He and his wife Norma, have been married for over 25 years and have a 22 year old daughter.

In his spare time, he enjoys music, playing the guitar, reading, excursions with the family, architectural drafting, and destroying golf courses (kidding)!

Jamie serves as our Lead Generation coordinator and as such she IS our caring, warm, smiling voice to the public.

Jamie is originally from Illinois, near Chicago and relocated to the Fayetteville/Ft. Bragg area four years ago with her husband, Joe.

Jamie is a graduate of Fayetteville State University with a degree in Marketing and plans to pursue her MBA this coming fall.

When Jamie is not focused on Real Estate, she loves boating, wake-boarding,snow-skiing and spending time with her husband and their dog Maverick!
